Náplň práce

 Responsible for an assigned kitchen section ( hot dishes, cold dishes, side dishes, etc.)

 Independently prepare and plate dishes according to Bale restaurant standards.

 Cooperate with the kitchen team, maintaining food quality and presentation.

 Monitor ingredient freshness and comply with hygiene standards.

 Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menus.
